    The place was pleasant and had courteous and polite staff at the reception desk, liked the stay. We ate in the nice restaurant for breakfast which was reasonably priced. The food was lovely, included coffee, toast, and cereal.

    Didn't like the area, it was really noisy.

    Proximity to Central Station

    No soundproof glazing on windows, we could hear road traffic all the time. At 6:00 am sounds from the street were loud and annoying!

    Got fairly quiet and trendy room with queen bed and clean towels, for instance. Location so close to cafes around Surry Hills, the airport by train, and central, world square, oxford street and china town. Also, easy access to Surry Hills.

    Beds were pretty small.

    We greatly enjoyed impressive rooms and reasonably priced food.

    We had a separate bedroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were very kind and nice people from night shift. The breakfast was good and delightful, the check in was quick.

    The staff were extremely helpful. Service was quick and easy. The room was as I requested which is very pleasing. People were noticeably trying hard to please at this Hotel and genuinely polite. This alone makes the stay just that more enjoyable. Thank you.

    The proximity to many sights. Good parking possibilities in the hotel underground car park. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

    The windows only had single glazing. This results in very high noise pollution. No shower at the swimming pool and sauna. The whole hotel is very worn out.

    Convenient location, comfortable room friendly staff.

    I would have liked to use the swimming pool but it was closed for maintenance for the two days we were there. Got parked in the morning we were leaving, and staff had difficulty locating the offending cars keys, but were very courteous and apologetic.

    Spacious Rooms and Friendly Service

    I stayed in a roomy Superior King Room that was quite comfortable and clean. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Central station and close to great dining options. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, which could be improved for a better night's sleep.

    convenient to the city for access to entertainment booked

    My booking clearly stated the room price of $438 for 3 people- being the reason I chose it above others that were dearer. The booking sheet clearly states the booking is for three people and extra will be charged for additional beds. As we did not need 4 beds one would assume this did not refer to my booking. However when I checked in I was charged an additional $90 to cover the extra person for the two nights. Clearly this was unexpected and has left an otherwise unpleasant memory of a great stay.
